Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking an Innovation Sr Asst Manager / Asst Manager to support the Centre for Innovation in Healthcare (CIH). You will manage innovative healthcare projects and drive clinical adoption of NUHS PCI innovations across NUHS hospitals, clinics, and the healthcare community.

Responsibilities include deploying PCI programmes, coordinating progress, and collaborating with CIH teams and CRCs to ensure milestones and successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare innovation or project management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and innovation processes.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
• Familiarity with clinical research processes and health technology assessment is a plus.
• Proficient in IT systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support NUHS PCI programme to deploy innovations transforming care delivery.
• Project manage selected innovations toward deployment and adoption in NUHS hospitals and clinics.
• Ensure project milestones are met for PCs under your charge.
• Coordinate PCI progress reports and support PCI Advisory Board activities.
• Collaborate with CIH team and CRCs for end-to-end management of projects and trials.
