Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for the Innovation & Improvement Office to lead data-driven innovation and systemic change across clinical and operational teams. You will guide continuous improvement, manage change initiatives, and build organisational capabilities through insightful data and innovation strategies.

Additionally, you will oversee the Grant Office function, support NHG initiatives, and assist in planning corporate events, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in organisational development or transformation work.
• Comfortable with uncertainty in work assignments.
• Excellent written, analytical and communication skills.
• Independent, dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented.
• Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven innovation and systemic improvement projects across clinical and operational teams.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts and change initiatives.
• Develop organisational capabilities through data, insights and innovation strategies.
• Lead the Grant Office function including governance, advisory, and portfolio oversight.
• Support NHG initiatives, corporate events, and visitor engagement on improvement efforts.
