Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Innovation Sr Asst Manager / Asst Manager to support the Centre for Innovation in Healthcare (CIH).

You will help manage PCI projects, drive deployment of healthcare innovations, and strengthen collaborations with CIH ecosystem partners and clinical champions. You will coordinate project milestones, liaise with CIH teams, and support PCI secretariat activities, including annual advisory board updates.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare innovation, project management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and innovation processes.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support NUHS PCI programme to deploy innovations that transform care delivery and improve population health.
• Project manage selected PCI innovations, driving deployment and adoption in NUHS hospitals, clinics, and healthcare community.
• Coordinate PCI progress reports and participate in PCI Advisory Board activities.
• Collaborate with CIH team and CRCs for end-to-end management of projects and clinical trials.
• Foster partnerships and engagement with CIH ecosystem partners and clinical champions.
