Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to join its HR Shared Services team. This role provides broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, supporting HR operations, onboarding, data management, and offboarding with a focus on accuracy and timely service delivery.

You will handle HR enquiries, process transactions, maintain records, coordinate contracts and work pass matters, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1 year of relevant HR administration, HR operations or shared services experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior SuccessFactors experience is advantageous.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR enquiries and provide timely support to employees and HR stakeholders.
• Process HR transactions accurately and within service timelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
• Prepare employment contracts and appointment letters.
• Coordinate medical screening, pre-employment checks and work pass matters.
• Facilitate onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Manage employee data, probation confirmations and contract renewals.
• Support professional licence administration and employment certification.
• Support resignation, clearance and exit processes.
• Coordinate employee separation activities and update employee records.
• Process work pass cancellations where applicable.
• Support HR projects, SOP updates and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational coverage across different HR Shared Services functions.
