Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee healthcare facilities, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance while coordinating maintenance with contractors and vendors. The role includes monitoring contractor performance, inspections, and supporting contract management.

You will liaise with healthcare users, support development projects, and manage progress claims with Finance and consultants. Strong coordination and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, contractor management and facilities operations.
• Familiarity with project coordination, documentation and progress monitoring.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and operational requirements.
• Coordinate preventive, corrective and ad hoc maintenance works with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor contractor performance, conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support facilities contract management, including monitoring service standards and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with healthcare users and vendors to resolve equipment maintenance and operational issues.
• Support facilities development and upgrading projects, including coordination of workgroup and site meetings.
• Process project progress claims and invoices, and liaise with Finance, consultants and contractors on related queries.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support for facilities management and development activities.
