Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) invites a skilled professional to join the Medical Tower Planning and Development team. You will lead F&E planning and procurement, coordinating with clinical users, procurement, finance, MOHH, consultants and contractors to ensure requirements are defined, funded and delivered on time.

You will manage cross-functional interfaces, build robust procurement strategies and oversee post-installation follow-up, defects tracking and handover readiness across the project

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, healthcare, project management, procurement).
• Experience in healthcare development, major projects or multi-stakeholder environments is advantageous.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Lead F&E planning and coordination of medical equipment and related procurement for the Medical Tower project.
• Consolidate and validate user, equipment planner, and vendor requirements for completeness and consistency.
• Review F&E data including quantities, specifications, costs, and procurement timelines.
• Develop procurement strategies, packaging, and timelines aligned with overall project milestones.
• Coordinate central procurement of selected F&E packages and support handover activities.
