Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) invites a skilled professional to join the Medical Tower Planning and Development team. You will support F&E planning, coordinate procurement, and work with clinical and operational users, procurement, finance and MOHH to ensure alignment with design, construction and handover programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction, Project Management, Healthcare Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably 5–8 years of healthcare development, project management, engineering, construction, equipment/F&E planning, procurement, consultancy or related fields.
• Experience in major healthcare, infrastructure or complex multi‑stakeholder development projects would be advantageous.
• Experience working across equipment/procurement requirements and project or building interfaces would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of medical equipment, F&E and related procurement requirements.
• Coordinate requirements with users, equipment planners, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Develop procurement strategy, packaging and bundling approaches with consideration of lead time, funding and economies of scale.
• Progress packages through technical specification, review, tender, evaluation, award, delivery, installation and testing & commissioning.
• Coordinate selected common F&E packages to be procured centrally for the project.
• Support the transition from project delivery into handover and defects‑liability activities.
