• Oversee daily housekeeping and environmental services across the Home.
• Supervise Health Attendants and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Monitor cleaning standards and environmental hygiene in resident areas.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Infection Prevention and Control, and Facilities.
• Ensure proper use of PPE, chemicals, and equipment.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, inspections, and inventory.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; address performance gaps.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and prompt reporting of issues.
