Job summary

SYT Traditional Chinese Medical Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated wellness assistant to support health monitoring, sleep guidance, dietary planning, and exercise management for Mandarin-speaking clients at our clinic.

You will greet clients, answer inquiries, and help maintain detailed care records while thriving in a fast-paced environment and a 5.5-day work week. Experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin-speaking patients and read medicine labels in Chinese.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage.
• Able to commit to 5.5day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat half day).

Responsibilities

• Health Monitoring: Monitor clients' general health metrics, track daily wellness progress, and maintain detailed care records.
• Sleep Management: Assess sleep patterns, guide clients on sleep hygiene practices, and help optimize conditions for restful sleep.
• Dietary Management: Support nutritional planning, monitor daily dietary intake, and assist with meal guidance aligned with individual health goals.
• Exercise Management: Implement and encourage routine physical activities, support safe mobility, and track fitness or movement milestones.
• Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, address their inquiries professionally, and build trusting, long-term therapeutic relationships.
