Synapxe, Singapore's HealthTech agency, is seeking a seasoned professional to build and sustain strategic partnerships to drive programme delivery and organisational impact. You will combine market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and governance awareness to translate ecosystem insights into actionable opportunities, supporting HealthX platforms and partnerships.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Technology, Innovation or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in market intelligence, innovation, business development, partnerships, or related role.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into insights.
Interest in Healthtech and digital health.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse healthtech market trends and ecosystem developments to identify opportunities and risks.
Design and deliver industry programmes and activation events translating insights into themes and participants.
Coordinate end-to-end partnership contracting and manage governance for efficiency and compliance.
Maintain contract records and improve partnership processes.
