Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, Implementation Science, or a related field.
• Strong training or hands-on experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation.
• Experience with analytical software such as R, Stata, SPSS, NVivo or equivalent tools.
• Strong project management skills, including planning and coordinating timelines, stakeholders, documentation, risks, approvals, and research deliverables.
• Strong scientific writing, communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, with multiple priorities.
• Experience in public healthcare, health services research, implementation science, programme evaluation, or evaluation of complex interventions advantageous.
• Evidence of academic publications, research reports, policy briefs, or grant-writing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage health services, implementation, and evaluation research projects across the ANCHOR portfolio.
• Develop study protocols, research questions, analysis plans, data collection instruments, and evaluation frameworks.
• Plan and oversee data collection from surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and routine data.
• Manage, clean, analyse, integrate, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using suitable methods.
• Conduct literature reviews, evidence syntheses, programme evaluations, and implementation analyses.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for reports, manuscripts, policy briefs, posters, and presentations.
• Ensure research activities comply with ethics requirements, protocols, data management standards, and policies.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, documentation, risks, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage clinicians, partners, patients, caregivers, policymakers, and stakeholders.
• Support grant applications and dissemination by preparing manuscripts and presenting findings.
