Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, Implementation Science, or related field.
• Experience with quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation.
• Ability to design and conduct research independently, interpret complex findings.
• Experience with analytical software such as R, Stata, SPSS, NVivo or equivalents is advantageous.
• Strong project management, scientific writing, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support health services and implementation research across the ANCHOR portfolio.
• Develop study protocols, research questions, analysis plans, data collection instruments, and evaluation frameworks.
• Plan and oversee data collection including surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and routine data.
• Manage, clean, analyse, integrate, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate methods.
• Conduct literature reviews, evidence syntheses, programme evaluations, and implementation analyses.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for reports, manuscripts, policy briefs, posters and presentations.
• Ensure research activities comply with ethics, protocols, data management standards and policies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and engage clinicians, partners, patients, and policymakers.
