Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Public Health, Health Services Research, Implementation Science, or related field.
• Experience with quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation.
• Ability to design and conduct research independently and interpret findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead health services, implementation, and evaluation research projects across the ANCHOR portfolio.
• Develop study protocols, data collection instruments, and analysis plans.
• Plan data collection via surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and routine data.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data using suitable methods and software.
• Conduct literature reviews, evidence syntheses, programme evaluations, and implementation analyses.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for reports, manuscripts, policy briefs, and presentations.
• Ensure ethics compliance and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and engage clinicians, operational partners, patients, caregivers, policymakers, and stakeholders.
• Support grant applications and disseminate findings through manuscripts and presentations.
