Job summary

WORQ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Research Associate or Research Fellow to lead and support health services and implementation research across the ANCHOR portfolio.

You will design studies, perform quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods analysis, and manage end-to-end research projects in a public healthcare setting. You will collaborate with clinicians, analysts, and policy stakeholders to generate evidence, guide service improvement, and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Public Health or related field.
• Strong training in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research.
• Ability to design and conduct independent research and interpret findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage health services and implementation research projects.
• Develop study protocols, questions, analysis plans, and evaluation frameworks.
• Plan data collection and oversee surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and interpret results.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for reports and briefs.
• Ensure ethics compliance and data management standards.
