Job summary

Miraco Nutripharm seeks a Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to bridge traditional on-ground marketing with full-stack digital performance. You will manage day-to-day sales enablement, events, vendor logistics, and field media capture while owning Meta/Google ads, ecommerce optimization, and Klaviyo lifecycle campaigns.

Role supports SEA expansion including Greater China. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in marketing operations, hands-on ad management, and ecommerce storefront experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience with digital marketing and ecommerce execution.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficient with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media campaigns across Meta & Google to drive traffic and conversions.
• Lead content production for organic and paid media with quick-turnaround testing.
• Own ecommerce storefronts on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop.
• Drive CRM/EDM automation using Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing flows.
• Coordinate field events, sponsor activations, and on-site media capture.
• Monitor budgets, track ROAS, and optimize spend for profitability.
• Collaborate on localization and regional marketing rollouts in SEA & Greater China.
