Job summary

MICRODERME AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to own Google Ads campaigns and WordPress landing pages for multiple clinic brands. You will manage keyword research, ad copy, extensions, and conversion tracking while producing weekly performance updates and ROAS reports.

The role involves creating promotional artwork, collaborating with designers, and running A/B tests on landing pages. English/Mandarin bilingualism is required, with healthcare/retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience (Search essential), managing live budgets and SEO on-page/local SEO.
• Experience building WordPress landing pages with Elementor.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and GA4 for conversion tracking.
• Strong analytics: cost per lead, ROAS in Excel/Sheets.
• Photoshop/Illustrator for advanced creatives; Canva proficiency.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with prioritization.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for Chinese-language assets and campaigns.
• Healthcare, retail or service industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns for multiple clinic brands and locations.
• Design and build mobile-first landing pages on WordPress with Elementor.
• Produce weekly performance updates and monthly ROAS reports with recommendations.
• Create and iterate ad creatives; maintain brand guidelines.
• Execute on-page and local SEO; keep site structure and redirects healthy.
• Tag and track data accurately; brief designers and guide a junior.
