Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD and/or Master’s degree in Statistic/Mathematic/Data Science or relevant discipline with at least 2 years of working related experience.
• Experience in medical research is a plus.
• Expertise in health services research (HSR) and applied statistics, with experience in study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation.
• Strong background in developing and implementing data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement, with proficiency in AI methodologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive modelling) where applicable.
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute projects across diverse health services domains, from conceptualization through to implementation, including data transformation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Proficiency in programming languages (SQL and Python/R) with experience in using analytical frameworks to solve healthcare-related problems.
• Experienced in Tableau and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to formulate research strategy or quality improvement project.
• Assess and enhance data sources and data-gathering methods.
• Build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage and interrogate data.
• Use machine learning and statistical techniques to solve problems.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent the organisation at external events and conferences.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
