Job summary

National University Health System in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager for the Data Insights Unit (2-Year Contract) to coordinate and deliver projects, programmes, and stakeholder engagements across clinical, operational, research, and corporate teams.

You will support the implementation of data-driven healthcare improvements, manage documentation, monitor outcomes, and foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Assist in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating discussions with stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare updates, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Support implementation, user engagement, and post-implementation review activities.
• Assist in monitoring project outcomes and supporting benefits realisation efforts.
• Support engagement and collaboration with clinical, operational, research, and administrative stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Gather, consolidate, and communicate stakeholder feedback to support project planning and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries for project discussions.
• Support the day-to-day operations and administrative activities of the Data Insights Unit.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational records.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and the development of good work practices.
• Capture lessons learnt and support knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
• Participate in initiatives that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the unit.
