Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related field; advantage.
• Min 3 years of experience in ML, healthcare domain preferred.
• Prototyping PoCs and full-stack development ability.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with PyTorch/Scikit-learn experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven projects aligned with clinical and business goals.
• Assist with engagement and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support the development of PoC and PoV initiatives, and drive scaling of solutions—managing external vendors or partners if needed.
• Own and manage end-to-end process from gathering and translating requirements to delivery of data-centric outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-function collaboration to align goals, resources, timelines, success metrics.
• Contribute to the operations and growth of the Data Insight Unit (DIU).
• Support day-to-day team operations for smooth execution.
• Capture and document best practices and lessons learned for knowledge sharing and consistency.
• Actively contribute to internal improvement initiatives for team sustainability.
