Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a Health Services Specialist within the Health Portfolio Management team. You will support customers and financial consultants by guiding them through PRUShield Claims Recovery, initiating outreach, and assisting in collecting and submitting medical documentation to HR and insurers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling provider enquiries, contracts and agency relationships preferred.
• M5, M9 and HI qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to raise awareness of recovery claims.
• Guide customers through the recovery claims process and assist with docs.
• Provide end-to-end case management from initial contact to resolution.
• Respond to email inquiries and manage portal-related support.
• Record interactions in Life Asia system and meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer experience.
