Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Health Services Specialist within the Health Portfolio Management team in Singapore. You will guide customers and financial consultants through the PRUShield Claims Recovery process, handling outbound calls, emails, and hotline inquiries to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for all stakeholders.

Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to PDPA and data protection protocols, with a focus on achieving daily performance targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience handling provider enquiries, contracts and agency relationships preferred.
• M5, M9, and HI qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to raise awareness for recovery claims.
• Guide customers through the recovery claims process and assist with documentation and submission.
• Provide end-to-end case management from initial contact to final resolution.
• Respond to emails and manage inquiries via the online portal.
• Answer hotline inquiries and document interactions in Life Asia system.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer experience.
