Job summary

SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS) Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC) seeks an operational and administrative coordinator to support project planning, funding, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to advance PCC initiatives and manage documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 2 years of working experience and preferably in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative and project coordination support to CPCC to ensure smooth and effective operations and project management in spreading the philosophy of PCC in SingHealth RHS.
• Assist with project planning, funding, implementation, evaluation, reports and publications to ensure effective execution and evaluation of programmes in alignment with CPCC’s objectives.
• Work with stakeholders on grant applications and funding as well as management of documents such as non-disclosure agreements and research collaboration agreements.
• Maintain databases and ensure up-to-date documentation of CPCC’s activities and programmes such as workplans and reports; update intranet and networking media of CPCC.
