Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise PSS Level 1 operations.
• Coordinate with RHS Operations, vendors and community partners.
• Oversee publicity, marketing materials and collaterals.
• Support Phase 2 IT implementation and transition to Epic.
• Compile KPI reports for management and MOH.
• Suggest event locations and workflow improvements.
