Job description

Our client is a leading financial institution in Singapore seeking to appoint a Head of Technology Transformation to drive its enterprise-wide technology transformation agenda. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering major technology modernisation programmes, strengthening digital capabilities and ensuring technology investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of the organisation's technology transformation roadmap, with a key focus on core system modernisation, digital platforms and AI adoption. Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you will oversee large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and business objectives.

You will also drive technology governance, manage strategic vendors and delivery partners, and work across business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.

Requirements

You are an experienced technology leader with at least 15 years of experience and a proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year technology transformation programmes, with end-to-end accountability for programme delivery.

You should have a strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, core system modernisation and digital transformation, gained within large, complex organisations. Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical. You should demonstrate a consultative approach, with the ability to engage senior executives, structure complex discussions and influence key decisions, while remaining hands‑on in driving programme execution and delivery.
