Job summary

You will shape technology roadmaps, mentor teams, and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to turn business objectives into actionable programmes, leveraging AI, cloud, data analytics and automation. This role offers high visibility within a fast-growing practice and opportunities to build a high-performing DTT team.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in senior technology roles focusing on strategy, transformation, and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technology-driven change across complex programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client advisory skills.
• Experience delivering technology transformations for large organisations, with cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge across financial services, pharma, energy, government and tech domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead technology strategy for clients, aligning with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end transformation delivery from strategy to execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on tech trends and digital opportunities.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and governance across transformation programs.
• Lead, mentor and develop consulting teams to high performance.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to expand engagements.
