Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Technology Transformation for a leading financial institution in Singapore. This senior role will drive the enterprise-wide technology modernisation agenda, with emphasis on core system upgrades, digital platforms and AI adoption.

You will lead multi-year programmes, oversee governance and strategic vendor relationships, and partner with C-suite and business leaders to ensure successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture and core system modernization.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive engagement.

Job description

Our client is a leading financial institution in Singapore seeking to appoint a Head of Technology Transformation to drive its enterprise-wide technology transformation agenda. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering major technology modernisation programmes, strengthening digital capabilities and ensuring technology investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the execution of the organisation’s technology transformation roadmap, with a key focus on core system modernisation, digital platforms and AI adoption. Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you will oversee large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and business objectives.
• You will also drive technology governance, manage strategic vendors and delivery partners, and work across business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.

Requirements

• You are an experienced technology leader with at least 15 years of experience and a proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-year technology transformation programmes, with end-to-end accountability for programme delivery.
• You should have a strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, core system modernisation and digital transformation, gained within large, complex organisations. Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical. You should demonstrate a consultative approach, with the ability to engage senior executives, structure complex discussions and influence key decisions, while remaining hands-on in driving programme execution and delivery.
