Job summary

regtech insight pte. ltd. seeks an executive leader to steer enterprise application development and technology transformation across Banking, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data & Analytics, and AML platforms in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end delivery, provide technical leadership, and align initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee architecture design, evaluate technologies, run POCs, and manage global teams and vendors to deliver measurable improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise application development across Banking/Finance domains.
• Strong track record in technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery, architecture design, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and risk/compliance governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application development, implementation, and technology transformation across Banking, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data & Analytics, and AML platforms to achieve business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end application delivery including design, development, migration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise applications to maintain integrity and performance.
• Manage Finance technology programmes including GL, E-Procurement, T&E, and related solutions.
• Lead architecture design, POCs, RFQs/RFPs to select and implement enterprise solutions.
• Govern quality, performance, governance, risk, and continuous improvement across global environments.
• Lead and manage technology teams in Singapore and with vendor partners.
• Partner with CIO/CFO and enterprise architects to align tech with business objectives.
• Drive modernization and AI adoption to enhance competitive advantage.

Job Summary

Lead enterprise application development and technology transformation across Banking, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data & Analytics, and AML platforms. Manage end-to-end delivery, technical leadership, and strategic initiatives to drive modernisation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application development, implementation, and technology transformation across Banking, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data & Analytics, and AML platforms to achieve business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end application delivery including solution design, development, migration, testing, deployment, Hyper Care, and production support to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, Murex, OPICS, Sophis, Sabre, AXIOM, and Norkom to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Manage Finance technology programmes including General Ledger, E-Procurement, T&E, Billing, Contract Management, and GL Enrichment solutions to support financial operations.
• Lead application architecture design, technology evaluation, proof of concepts (POCs), hackathons, RFQs, and RFPs to select and implement effective enterprise technology solutions.
• Manage application quality, performance, technology governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across global environments to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Lead and manage technology teams in Singapore, including senior resources and vendor teams, to deliver projects efficiently and foster collaboration.
• Partner with CIO, CFO, C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Drive application modernisation, Data & Analytics/AI adoption, operational efficiency, and business benefits to enhance competitive advantage.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Banking & Financial Services
• Knowledge of Digital Banking platforms
