Job summary

Live Nation Asia seeks a Head of Venue Technology & Data for Grange House in Singapore. You will lead procurement, integration, and opening of technology systems, then manage ongoing operations, data, and vendor performance.

You will collaborate with LN group teams, drive revenue through data, and support regional venues with technology upgrades. Strong leadership, budget control, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in venue or hospitality tech roles with customer focus.
• Experience delivering a technology fit-out or major systems project to opening.
• Comfortable running vendor selections, negotiating contracts and budgets.
• Strong knowledge across POS, payments, ticketing, networks and AV.
• Ability to connect data across systems and drive revenue and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the venue technology programme from procurement through opening.
• Manage technology budget and ensure systems share data across tools.
• Set post-opening operating model, IT support and asset management.
• Coordinate vendor selection, SLAs and pricing with regional scale.
• Oversee data integration, dashboards and reporting across data domains.
• Line-manage the Production Manager and coordinate with AV partners.
