Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank is seeking a Head of Transformation for ISAP in Singapore. You will steer strategic transformation initiatives across technology, governance, and innovation, aligning with bank strategy and delivering measurable value regionally.

You will coordinate technology and AI initiatives with global teams, manage portfolios, governance, and change management while engaging stakeholders and driving standardisation and efficiency across ISAP.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of IT: Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology.
• Experience in AI, digital or operational transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of data governance, AI governance and responsible AI principles.
• Experience establishing KPIs, performance dashboards and executive reporting for transformation programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI adoption and governance across ISAP.
• Coordinate transformation roadmaps with regional teams.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Promote standardisation and best practices across ISAP.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior management.
• Lead change management and communication plans.
