Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Security Operations & Delivery in Singapore. You will lead a team responsible for VAPT, SOC, and risk assessments, and implement AI-supported delivery improvements to raise engagement quality.

You will mentor two junior consultants, shape specialization tracks, and serve as the senior escalation point for client findings before sign-off. Strong technical leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security operations with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Recognized offensive security certification (OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent) or demonstrable experience.
• Hands-on across web/network/cloud pentesting and SOC/SIEM operations.
• Proven use of AI/automation tooling in a security engagement.
• Able to translate technical findings into business risk for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for VAPT, SOC/managed detection, and risk engagements—from scoping to final report sign-off.
• Redesign delivery workflows to incorporate AI-assisted reconnaissance, scanning, and alert triage.
• Launch and run a continuous/subscription-based VAPT offering.
• Mentor 2 junior consultants and define specialization tracks.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for clients and sign-off on findings.
• Collaborate with BD & Client Success on scoping and credibility in sales calls.
• Make technical hiring decisions for future team growth.
