Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a senior technical leader based in Singapore to guide a consulting team in VAPT, SOC, and risk assessment engagements. You will step in after previous leaders depart, improve delivery quality, and introduce AI-assisted methods to replace long-standing manual processes.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor two junior consultants, and serve as the senior escalation point for clients.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security operations.
• Recognized offensive security certification (OSCP/OSCE or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience across web/network/cloud pentesting and SOC/SIEM.
• Demonstrated use of AI/automation tooling in engagements.
• Able to translate technical findings into business risk for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for VAPT, SOC/managed detection, and risk assessments.
• Redesign delivery workflows to incorporate AI-assisted reconnaissance, scanning, and alert triage.
• Launch and run a continuous VAPT offering distinct from point-in-time engagements.
• Mentor and develop 2 junior consultants with specialization tracks.
• Act as senior technical escalation point and sign-off authority on findings.
• Partner with the Director on scoping calls and technical credibility during sales.
• Own technical hiring decisions for future delivery-team growth.
