Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Management General Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties. The role ensures efficient operations, financial performance, and strategic direction while delivering high customer service to owners, tenants, and stakeholders.

You will lead strategic planning, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with Building Maintenance and Strata Management regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineerin,g or related field.
• MBA or relevant discipline is an advantage for strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute property management strategies and operational plans.
• Lead and manage property management operations across the portfolio.
• Establish policies, procedures, and service standards for operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
• Manage annual budgets, maintenance charges, sinking fund budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams.
• Attend correspondence and regulatory notifications, and ensure compliance with laws and by-laws.
