Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Treasury Products, Global Markets, Investments, Wealth Management, or Product Management within banking.
• Strong expertise in FX, liquidity solutions, fixed income and structured products.
• Experience with product governance, regulatory reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage senior leadership and control functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, development, commercialization, and ongoing management of treasury and FX products.
• Act as SME for FX, bonds, structured products, equities-linked solutions, and precious metals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, suitability standards, and risk governance.
• Lead product approvals, governance reviews, regulatory assessments, and remediation initiatives.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Front Office teams to implement enhancements.
• Support Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors on complex client solutions.
• Identify market opportunities to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor product performance, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
