Job summary

Murata Singapore is seeking a senior procurement leader to direct the Procurement Division across Yishun and Tuas plants. You will define procurement strategies, govern supplier risk, drive AI/DX initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.

You will lead a team, develop managers, and coordinate with Japan HQ and ASEAN factories to optimize direct and indirect procurement, tooling investment, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• At least 10 years in electronics manufacturing or similar industries.
• Senior leadership experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect procurement and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Procurement Division across Murata Singapore.
• Formulate procurement strategy and governance with Japan HQ and regional divisions.
• Oversee direct/indirect procurement, supplier management, and 4M control.
• Drive AI/DX initiatives and procurement system enhancements.
• Ensure readiness for internal/external audits (QMS, CSR, RBA).
