Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Director to oversee multi-workstream programmes from inception to outcome.

You will coordinate scope, milestones, governance, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery across digital and operational platforms and executive visibility. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in transformation, programme delivery or consulting within regulated industries, with a proven track record of large-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of transformation, programme delivery, or consulting experience in regulated industries.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-workstream programmes in complex environments.
• Ability to execute with pace amidst competing priorities and workloads.
• Strong judgement in managing ambiguity with escalation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital, data, and AI to communicate with technical teams.
• Excellent risk and dependency management with executive communication.
• Capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme delivery including scope, sequencing, milestones, and quality.
• Facilitate prioritisation of programmes and investment planning from inception to outcomes.
• Serve as central authority for governance, risk, and reporting.
• Manage dependencies across digital and operational platforms to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Resolve cross-workstream issues and escalate critical decisions for executives.
• Collaborate with support functions and manage external partners to meet objectives.
• Foster market readiness and adoption through a common operating model with adaptations.
