Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director for Programme Management within the DPS division. You will oversee the programme management function across Developer Productivity and Developer Services, ensuring coherent execution and clear leadership visibility.

You will drive the Central Product Marketplace supply side by coordinating with 45+ GovTech product teams to integrate offerings onto the Console platform.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years in programme or delivery management.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi workstream portfolios across diverse teams.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
• Working knowledge of OKRs and performance frameworks; data-driven accountability.
• Comfort in an AI-assisted work environment and curiosity about technology trends.
• Familiarity with developer-facing platforms or government digital products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme management across Developer Productivity and Developer Services.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans with measurable objectives.
• Drive the supply side of the Central Product Marketplace with 45+ GovTech platform teams.
