Job summary

OCBC invites applications for a Program Director to drive the delivery and governance of a suite of application systems across the bank's technology platforms. You will lead Change, Run, Risk, and Financial Management with a focus on scalable architecture, security, and customer experience.

You will partner with Business, Technology, and regional teams to deliver high-quality digital capabilities, ensure stability, and steward the technology roadmap in a fast-evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt, strong team player, self-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship spirit to get things done, result oriented and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead business partnership and prioritisation, shaping the platform’s book of work.
• Own end-to-end delivery of business and technology outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders across Business, Technology, and regional teams.
• Define, govern, and enforce architecture and design patterns for reusability and scalability.
• Champion customer and employee experience with Product Owners and partners.
• Establish team structure, governance, and operating model; address delivery obstacles.
