Job summary

Chubb Singapore is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic direction and profitable growth for Personal Risk Services. You will oversee underwriting quality, pricing strategies, and portfolio management across segments, partnering with Distribution and Claims to deliver world-class client experiences.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage key broker relationships, and participate in industry forums to advance the high-net-worth strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of underwriting teams and P&L accountability.
• Strong strategic planning and market-forecasting abilities.
• Ability to develop and manage distribution channels and broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and performance metrics for Personal Risk Services in Singapore.
• Oversee underwriting quality and pricing methodologies across segments and geographies.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent agents, brokers, and affinity partners.
• Champion customer-centric service levels and underwriting responsiveness.
• Represent Chubb at industry events and client engagements.
• Develop a high-performing, accountable team culture.
