Chubb Singapore is seeking a senior technical underwriter to own and grow a portfolio of Property and Terrorism risks, with a focus on multinational and structured programmes. You will engage senior stakeholders and brokers to drive profitable growth within the delegated authority.

Reporting to the Head of Property, you will lead technical discussions, ensure contract certainty and contribute to the strategic direction of the Property portfolio in APAC.

Aufgaben

• Lead the underwriting and pricing of complex Property and Terrorism risks, including Multinational and structured programmes, balancing growth and portfolio profitability within delegated authority.
• Review and negotiate policy wordings and bespoke programme structures, ensuring clear coverage intent and appropriate risk transfer.
• Leverage catastrophe modelling and risk analytics to support underwriting decisions with contract certainty and accuracy.
• Drive profitable new business growth and strengthen broker/client relationships through market engagement and stewardship.
• Coordinate Multinational programme structuring across internal teams and Chubb's global network for seamless execution.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and risk management in underwriting practices and portfolio reviews.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior underwriters to foster a high-performing team culture.
