Job summary

Chubb Singapore seeks a strategic leader to drive Personal Risk Services, owning the high-net-worth personal lines proposition and partnering with Distribution, Claims, Actuarial, Reinsurance and Corporate functions to deliver enduring value.

You will manage day-to-day underwriting, distribution channels and independent partners, report to the Head of International Personal Lines, and steer profitable growth through pricing, planning and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in personal lines underwriting and portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic planning.
• Strong ability to manage distribution partnerships and broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day underwriting and portfolio performance for Personal Risk Services.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent agents, brokers, and partners.
