Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a proactive public service professional to support a team in developing effective services and initiatives in collaboration with Social Service Agencies and other partners to meet the needs of service users.

You will be part of a team that strives to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services so that service users are empowered to live with dignity. The role covers peer support leadership, event planning, data management, and administrative coordination.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with social services and/or public sector programme management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Peer Support workstream by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and implement engagement events (Community of Practice, focus groups, employer outreach).
• Manage and provide support relating to programme data and IT systems, including public listings and user queries.
• Coordinate divisional administration and logistics, including secretariat support and budget tracking.
