Job summary

Reporting to the Group Chief Patient Officer, you will collaborate with patients, carers, external partners and healthcare teams to translate lived experience into insights, partnerships, service improvement and system change. Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant healthcare/public sector experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of survey design, qualitative inquiry, and evidence synthesis.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience building partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker who can also implement, as a team player or individual contributor.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead coalitions from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives related to patient experience, partnership and community engagement.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, consultations and co-design activities.
• Conduct and oversee surveys, interviews, focus groups and other forms of evidence gathering.
• Analyse and synthesise insights to inform decision-making and improvement.
• Build and sustain partnerships with patients, carers, community organisations and healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop and implement programmes, frameworks and capability-building initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
