Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a Regional Health Manager for western Singapore to lead strategic development of portfolios advancing social-health integration and care delivery in the community. You will collaborate with NUHS hospitals, polyclinics, and community partners to roll out new policies and initiatives enhancing NUHS’ population health leadership.

You will engage partners, manage collaborations end-to-end, and align programmes with regional health goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in planning and strategic partnerships.
Experience in project conceptualisation and working with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Adaptive to working in a fluid environment with multiple demands.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies and workplans to augment NUHS’ role in new health/ social policies and to advance social-health integration.
Identify opportunities and engage with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared successes.
Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned collaboration initiatives.
