A healthcare consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee hospital operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Business or Engineering and over 10 years of relevant experience. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery within hospital facilities while maintaining strict operational standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in Hospital.
• Experience in Facilities / Projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and upgrading of hospital facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Formulate and execute long-term plans for facility expansion, capital works, and renovation projects.
• Supervise the upkeep, repair, and replacement of medical equipment.
• Plan and coordinate medical equipment acquisition in line with clinical needs and hospital priorities.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution of both medical and non-medical supplies.
• Establish and maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships.
• Direct food service operations to ensure nutritious, high-quality meals for patients.
• Lead security operations to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Oversee the upkeep of hospital grounds and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and well-presented environment.
