Job summary

BIT Group, through Fly Wing Technologies Pte Ltd, is seeking a Head of Operational Risk to establish and institutionalise a best-in-class risk framework, governance, and control environment. You will oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, and outsourcing risk under MAS guidelines, reporting to the MPI CEO with dotted line to the Group CCO.

You will lead EWRA, risk appetite, KRIs, and risk dashboards, covering technology, cyber, and AI risks across multiple jurisdictions, while engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Experience in risk management within financial services, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide risk management framework and governance.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across functions and jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain risk appetite, KRIs, and risk dashboards for senior leadership.
• Oversee third-party, vendor, and outsourcing risk management in line with MAS guidelines.
• Manage regulatory examinations, reporting, and board communications.
• Drive business continuity, incident management, and post-incident reviews.
