Job summary

AD DX Pte Ltd, part of the ICHX Tech group, seeks a Head of Group Enterprise Risk to lead senior second-line risk across Singapore and the region. You will own the risk framework and appetite, oversee policies, outsourcing, BCM and incident handling, and report to the Board and Senior Management.

You will lead the Enterprise Risk team across multiple entities. You will need MAS guidelines experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in growing risk functions within

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of risk experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
• Experience applying MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing and BCM.
• Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines.
• Proven track record presenting to senior stakeholders and managing inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own the group enterprise risk management framework, including taxonomy, risk register and policy suite.
• Develop group/entity-level risk appetite statements and translate into KRIs, limits and tolerances.
• Review enterprise risk, outsourcing/TPRM, BCM and credit risk policies for MAS alignment.
• Oversee the RCSA programme across all departments and entities for challenge, not just administration.
• Oversee the outsourcing framework end-to-end, including intragroup arrangements and monitoring.
