Job summary

BIT in Singapore is seeking a Head of Operational Risk to lead the risk framework across the BIT group, ensuring regulatory resilience and robust control environments. You will own EWRA, KRIs, RCSA, and third‑party risk management with reporting to the MPI CEO and dotted reporting to the Group CCO.

This role covers technology, cyber, AI and outsourcing risk, aligned with MAS guidelines to support business growth and governance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management across financial services, fintech or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of technology and cyber risk in a crypto context.
• Familiarity with MAS outsourcing guidelines and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EWRA framework reflecting operational and technology risks across entities and jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain a robust risk appetite framework embedded into decision-making.
• Lead third‑party risk management, outsourcing, and vendor controls in compliance with MAS guidelines.
• Oversee KRIs/dashboards for real-time risk visibility to CEO and Board.
• Conduct RCSA across key processes and drive remediation of control gaps.
• Incorporate fraud risk into enterprise risk management and report loss events.
