Qualifications

• Solid years of executive search experience, including at least 5 years in Mission Critical, Data Centres, Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure or Industrial sectors.
• Established network of client relationships and commercial contacts across the sector.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and talent markets in APAC.
• Proven track record in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset with interest in building and scaling a business.
• Strong relationship-building skills and credibility with senior executives.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or developing recruitment teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure desk across APAC; define strategy, client focus and growth plan.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners across developers, owner-operators, EPC and design firms, MEP contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates from brief to offer.
• Drive revenue, placements and desk growth as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Grow the practice over time by hiring and developing consultants to build a team.
• Represent Stemgenic in the sector through networking and thought leadership.
