Job summary

Stemgenic, a Singapore-headquartered boutique executive search firm, seeks a Director to own and scale the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure practice across APAC. You will drive strategy, build client partnerships and lead exclusive executive search mandates from brief to offer, while delivering revenue and growing the desk.

This leadership role offers hands-on billing initially with potential to build and lead a team, backed by an AI-powered tech stack and island-wide coworking

Qualifications

• Solid years of executive search or senior-level recruitment experience, incl. at least 5 years in Mission Critical, Data Centres, Construction, Engineering/Infrastructure or Industrial sectors.
• Established network of client relationships and commercial contacts to develop business from day one.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven mindset with genuine interest in building and scaling a business.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure desk across APAC; set strategy, client focus and growth plan.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners at developers, owner-operators, EPC and design firms.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates from brief to offer.
• Drive revenue, placements and desk growth as a hands-on contributor.
• Grow the practice by hiring and developing consultants to build a team around the desk.
• Represent Stemgenic in the sector through networking and thought leadership.
