Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive search or senior recruitment.
• 3+ years in Mission Critical, Data Centres, Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure or Industrial sectors with a strong billing track record.
• Established client relationships and commercial contacts across the sector.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle in APAC and its specialist talent markets.
• Proven success in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments.
• Self-driven with a commercial mindset and ability to work with full autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Run the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure desk across APAC, managing your client portfolio and pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners at developers, owner-operators, EPC and design firms, MEP contractors and suppliers.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates, from brief to offer.
• Head-hunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates with discretion and credibility.
• Drive consistent revenue and placements from your desk.
• Collaborate with other Stemgenic desks on shared clients and cross-sector opportunities.
